Nollywood yoruba industry has come a long way to become one of the top industries in the Nigerian movie scene and we have a huge number of actors who feature regularly in Yoruba movies.

Surprisingly, a good number of these actors and actresses are not from the Yoruba part of the country but have managed to excel at featuring in a good number of Yoruba movies which oftentimes has made the fans believe they are of Yoruba origin.

Here's a list of Nollywood Yoruba actors who are from other part of Nigeria beside the South-West.

1. Mercy Aigbe (Edo State)
Mercy Aigbe is a Nigerian actress, director and businesswoman. She is best known for her Yoruba indigenous movies. Mercy Aigbe is a beautiful actress, producer and business woman that has her origin in Edo State Nigeria.

2. Kevin Ikeduba (Delta State)
Kelvin Ngozi Ikeduba popularly known as Kelvin Ikeduba is a famous Nollywood actor, model and a television personality.

Kelvin Ikeduba is originally from an Igbo speaking tribe of Delta State in the south southern part of Nigeria, but was born and bred in Ebute-Metta, Lagos State in the south western part of Nigeria.

3. Fathia Balogun (Delta State)
Faithia Williams is a Nigerian actress, filmmaker, producer and director. The 50-year-old actress is popular for her roles in Yoruba movies and is often referred to as a veteran.

7. Lilian Bach (Polish)
Lilian Bola Bach is a Nigerian actress who is predominantly known for her roles in English movies. At some point she decided to shoot a Yoruba movie and a couple of her fans were surprised.
