Pelican -Brief commissions Electrification project as Ogun Govt' says the Estate Remains First to get full approval

Ogun State government on Tuesday extolled the virtue of a foremost real Estate developer in the State, Pelican-Brief, saying that the Brief remains the first and the only one to get full government approval.


Speaking at the commissioning of its Electrification project at Masa Town in Kobape, Obafemi Owode Local government area of Ogun State, Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Tpl Kayode Odunlami said Pelican Brief remains the only Estate that has gotten all approval and necessary documents as an estate.


He explained that among the real estates in the State, Pelican-Brief Estate is the first developer to get total approval from the state government.

Odunlami called on anyone who is interested in buying a plot of land to patronise them without any doubt of been scammed.

He added that 98% of developers in the state do not go through the right process which is causing a lot of problems in the state.

The Commissioner explained that the government is puting all machineries in motion to create an enabling environment for private companies, in order for the Private-Public partnership initiative of the government to strive. 

Stating that Pelican-Brief has supported the government to further realise such agenda.

He called on other real estate developers to ensure they get government approval, thereby encouraging Mr. Tunde to do more.

Odunlami therefore assured of the state government’s support and recognition of the project, saying that Tunde Adeyemo met all the requirements needed to develop the estate which makes him a diligent and persistent personality.

He also used the opportunity to reinstate Dapo Abiodun’s commitment to affordable housing in the state saying the development has begun.

Earlier, the Chief Executive Officer, Pelican Brief, Tunde Adeyemo, thanked the State government for allowing real estate developers to thrive in the State. 

He revealed that as an Estate Developer, Pelican Brief is set to ignite the smart city at the location.
